The long awaiting tuning on the Dyno of the BBC V8 begins. BOOM. Unfortunately, the team had an Inlet valve break above the guide which caused both head and piston damage. After further inspection, the team has established that only minor damage has been caused and both the block and head can be reused. Sadly, the piston will be retired to the shelf of shame. The rebuild is underway. All hands to the deck to get this sorted. Time to put the next engine on the dyno and continue the tuning process.
