CMR have put together a team of 10 technically minded individuals to brainstorm the building of a mobile rig to test wheel spinning energy mass. CMR’s intention is to build all componentry as fail-safe as possible given the time, expense and energy it will take to complete this challenge in such a remote location as the Bolivian Salt Flats. No local garage or parts shop out there.
