We know this, as we have completed many successful world records. 

It takes a team of dedicated and committed people to work together to ensure the challenge vehicles are completed.

Are you interested in being part of our Bolivia 2026 Campaign as one of our Team Volunteers?

We are offering keen and appropriately skilled people the chance to be part of Motorsport history, and join us in our second challenge on the Salar De Uyuni Salt Flats in Sept/Oct 2026.   

If based in or near Auckland, we value a 'can do' attitude and availability to volunteer weekends at the workshop for the critical tasks to be completed before end of July 2026. This is when all vehicles head to Bolivia ready for the pre race test phase in Sept 2026.

Worldwide, we are looking for enthusiastic men and women to join our Volunteer Team on the Uyuni Salt Lake.

We need people who are:

• 100% Team players, adaptable and with the ability to brainstorm
• Have the right 'Kiwi Can Do' attitude and passion
• Contribute your skills, wherever we need help, without any drama, to get the job done.
• We are particularly keen to hear from Data loggers, tuners, mechanics, engineers, and those withInterpreter skills (Spanish speaking)
• General support crew, who possess good communication skills and timely habits. It takes a 'village of people' to meet the needs of a Team of 50-70 including food, water, transport,  and logistics

This 2026 Kiwi Can Do Challenge is very special, as we have unfinished business from 2025!

CMR Bolivian 2026 Challenge is a New Zealand run Motorsport FIA Landspeed racing event. 

• You cover your flights to Uyuni, Bolivia,  plus evening meals
• CMR will cover local travel around Uyuni and transport out to the Salt Lake each day, your accomodation, beakfast and lunch
